From the beginning of her career, she quickly focused on defending family interests, convinced that each situation deserves a personalized and respectful approach. She supports her clients with rigor and compassion through all stages of their separation: divorce, parental time with children, child support, and domestic violence.

Over the years of her practice, Ms. Darbouze has also acquired experience representing children and parents before the Youth Chamber. She particularly works in complex cases involving neglect, mistreatment, and physical abuse. Ms. Darbouze collaborates closely with various stakeholders in the protection system (such as social workers in the private sector) to find lasting solutions that meet the best interests of the child.

With extensive experience before both civil and family courts, she favors alternative dispute resolution methods (mediation, negotiation, and amicable settlement conferences) whenever possible.
